T&S Brass Buys Italian Manufacturer Klarco

Klarco Srl, the Northern Italian manufacturer of faucets, pre-rinse units and hose reels for the foodservice industry, was acquired in late June by an American plumbing equipment maker, T&S Brass and Bronze Works.  Both companies are family-owned. T&S, based in South Carolina, said the acquisition underscores its growing global leadership role.

The acquisition will not result in personnel changes, staff reductions or relocation of Klarco operations. Klarco will continue to operate independently from its headquarters in San Quirino.
