New Leadership At FER Magazine
Wolters-Althoff Investments LLC has named Randy Hano President of FER Media LLC and Publisher of Foodservice Equipment Reports magazine.
Hano will lead the award-winning title and oversee all aspects of the publication, including print advertising, digital media, multimedia marketing, editorial and events platforms.
Hano is a veteran publishing and media executive, and has held senior leadership roles at publications including Boston and Chicago magazines, Time Out Chicago, and Modern Luxury. In addition to succeeding FER Media founder Robin Ashton as publisher, Hano will continue as WAI's senior vice president of media.

WAI also welcomes Andy Friedman as Chief Digital Officer, a new position for the company. Friedman joins the team after holding senior-level positions at the American Marketing Association, Penton Media and the Tribune Company. Friedman’s addition will allow WAI and FER to extend and optimize its offerings in the digital engagement and events sectors.
