Electrolux Professional has instituted some leadership changes to help the company fully integrate the Grindmaster-Cecilware team and align the new organization for focused growth. John Evans, who has been leading Electrolux Professional U.S, has been promoted to Head of the Americas, with responsibilities across foodservice, laundry and beverage in North, South and Central America. 

 

Welbilt UK has realigned its sales structure to create a single point of responsibility on interaction with customers. Alistair Farquhar named as Channel Manager for Distribution & Specifications. He’ll manage regional sales managers in aiding dealers to win spec business in the UK. Paul Patel brings a decade of company experience and a culinary background to devise strategies for the Convotherm brand. Sales Director Steve Hemsil takes on further duties overseeing the customer service and marketing team.

 

Middleby Group companies IMC and Britannia Kitchen Ventilation have restructured their executive management teams following the appointment of Chris Jones as the group’s managing director in September. The changes include a promotion for Ian Washington to Operations Director; he is an 18-year IMC veteran. On the Britannia side of the firm, Tony Bright has been elevated to Commercial Director; he’d served as project and service manager for nearly a year. Martin Venus’ role as head of sales for UK and Ireland will now also encompass targeting the national accounts arena, feeding those leads back through dealers for specification. Stuart Grieves, named as IMC and Britannia’s new business development manager for the Midlands, reports to Venus. Simon Hawkes, who has been with Britannia since 2003, has moved into a consultant sales role, concentrating on consultants and specifiers within the ventilation world. Paul Hickman is now group culinary development manager, working with major national chains to develop food menus and concepts, a position which he used to fulfil solely at Lincat.
