The center for commercial kitchen energy efficiency and appliance performance testing is taking a closer look at high-speed ovens next week.

On April 30, the Food Service Technology Center will host a special seminar (and live web stream) on High Speed Ovens: A High-Tech Solution for Production Challenges.

The program will explain the different types and benefits of high-speed ovens, how they can be used effectively and how they fit into modern commercial kitchen. Attendees will qualify for 3 CEUs.
