Another West Coast Acquisition for Edward Don

The dust hasn’t settled on its month-old purchase of Myers Restaurant Supply before Edward Don & Co. announced another acquisition.

On June 1, the company said it has added Shervan Colonel Equipment Corp. The Las Vegas dealer, which also operates under the name Desert Kitchens of Las Vegas, designs and installs kitchens in restaurants, casinos and resort properties across the United States. Shervan Equipment will operate as a division Don and remain under the leadership of Drew Shervan.

“We are excited to have Drew Shervan join our team,” says Steve Don, CEO of the Woodridge, Ill., dealer. “Drew’s excellent design and project management skills will be a great addition to our growing design-build capabilities.”

This deal is Don’s fourth acquisition since its investment from Vestar Capital Partners in March 2017. It bought Atlanta Fixture & Sales in late 2017 and Smith & Greene in January 2018.
