Franke Signs “Strategic Partnership” with Italian Firm

In a strategic partnership that adds traditional espresso machines to Franke Coffee Systems’ product portfolio, Franke Group has acquired a majority stake in Dalla Corte S.R.L.

The Italian company produces traditional portafilter espresso machines in the premium segment for the commercial and residential markets. Founded by the Dalla Corte family in 2001, the company developed and patented multi-boiler technology, now considered a benchmark for the semi-automatic espresso machine sector.

Dalla Corte will continue to operating from its head office in Milan as an independent brand and company and concentrate on its existing distribution channels.

Franke, headquartered in Aarburg, Switzerland, is part of the Artemis Group.
