New Appointments at FSH and Hoshizaki

The latest moves in the foodservice world:

• Food Service Holdings (FSH) announced that Stephanie Gilbert will become vice president of sales and marketing on Jan. 8, 2020. Comprised of BSI, English Manufacturing and Colorado Custom Stone, FSH manufactures food shields and comprehensive front of the house serving counters and custom fabricated solutions. Gilbert was formerly national sales manager, consultant services for Hobart Food Equipment Group.
   
• Hoshizaki America named Chris Karssiens as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Karssiens has held senior positions at Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic, Manitowoc, Jackson, and Delfield. Most recently he served as group vice president for the Crown Steam Group, Middleby Corporation.
