Standex Sells Master-Bilt, Nor-Lake

Standex Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG) announced this morning that it is selling the Master-Bilt and Nor-Lake refrigeration lines to Ten Oaks Group, a family office focused exclusively on corporate divestitures.

The closing is expected to occur in the next 45 days, according to a statement.

Standex said the decision was reached after reevaluating its portfolio and concluding that “Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG), specifically the Master-Bilt and Nor-Lake brands, no longer aligns with its long-term strategy.”

Until the sale is completed, Standex says it will remain focused on “business as usual,”  for customers and channel partners.
