Aerowerks, a foodservice conveyor manufacturer that recently established a new facility in Gaffney, S.C., has announced the hiring of two business development managers—Lisa Addison and Ed Larkin.

Addison brings more than 20 years of experience from ITW FEG, where she most recently served as national sales manager, consultant services.

“Her deep relationships within the consultant community, coupled with her expertise in training, event planning, and foodservice strategy, make her an incredible addition to our team,” says Sunil Kardar, director, consultant and dealer services at Aerowerks, on LinkedIn.

Larkin joins Aerowerks with a decade of leadership experience from Gates Mfg., where he served as vice president of sales and customer development. During his tenure, he played a critical role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, managing nationwide rep groups, and deepening relationships with consultants, dealers, OEMs and end-users.

“His extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations makes him a perfect addition as we continue expanding our market presence and consultant partnerships,” Kardar says.
