Alto-Shaam Adds Corporate Executive Chef

Matt Dugan joins the manufacturer with 20-plus years of culinary experience and expertise.

Alto-Shaam has appointed Matt Dugan as its corporate executive chef on its commercial team.

In his new role, Dugan will serve as an Alto-Shaam application specialist, responsible for enhancing the customer experience and product development, working in support of the inside and global sales teams to further increase brand recognition. He also will help through in-field and trade show product demonstrations and support.

Dugan joins Alto-Shaam with more than 20 years culinary experience and expertise. Prior to joining the business, Dugan served as an executive chef for a manufacturer of blending technology, where he worked for over a decade. Dugan also spent over a decade working as an executive chef for the Hyatt Hotel Corp. at a number of its locations across the U.S. Dugan also is a certified executive chef through the American Culinary Federation.

Earlier this year, Alto-Shaam announced two senior promotions on its sales and support team.
