Alto-Shaam Announces Additions, Promotions

Alto-Shaam has bolstered its key accounts support with a series of new additions and promotions.

Omar McCullough joins Alto-Shaam as director of national accounts, responsible for expanding the company’s presence in both its new and existing accounts. McCullough joins Alto-Shaam from a cold chain management and temperature monitoring solutions business, where he was named salesperson of the year and has a wide and tenured experience within the foodservice industry, encompassing a range of responsibilities from developing, planning and executing strategies yielding growth aiming to penetrate new markets and business.

Further enhancing support for national and key account customers, Mallory Klotz, who joined Alto-Shaam in 2017, has been promoted to customer experience national accounts team leader. In her new role, Klotz will be responsible for leading and developing the internal support structure for national and key accounts, as well as providing project support for equipment orders.

Joining alongside Klotz within the team is Michelle Beckmann as key accounts specialist, customer experience. With 14 years’ experience in customer supporting roles, Beckmann will be key in providing end-to-end customer support for Alto-Shaam.
