Alto-Shaam is expanding its technical service team with the hiring of Scott Westbrook as the new regional service manager for the northeast region of the U.S.

He most recently served as director of sales for National Food Equipment Services, according to his LinkedIn profile, and also worked for Horizon Bradco, Lowes Foods, Hobart Service and Tyson Foods.

In his new role, Westbrook will be responsible for managing all authorized service providers in his territory, acting as the primary liaison between regional service providers and the global headquarters technical support team. This includes monitoring provider performance, training service providers on all Alto-Shaam products and developing the authorized provider network as required.
