Angry Crab Shack Names Franchise Operations Director

Angry Crab Shack, a full-service concept serving seafood boils with Asian-Cajun flavors, has named Ginni Naegle its director of franchise operations.

Naegle has more than 30 years of experience in restaurant and franchise operations and will help strengthen operational support across the brand’s franchise system. Most recently, she served as director of operations at RMH Franchise Corp.

“Ginni brings a deep understanding of restaurant operations, training and team development, and her hands-on approach will be an asset,” says Andy Diamond, president of Angry Crab Shack, in the release.

Angry Crab Shack has 27 locations across the U.S. and U.K. and it’s based in Mesa, Ariz.
