Waukesha, Wis.-based Boelter has added George Kleinhans as vice president of operations, and Luke Hursh as director of merchandising and category management.

Kleinhans has operational experience across manufacturing, distribution and supply chain organizations. He has led high-return transformations, Boelter states, and is well positioned to help scale operations while maintaining Boelter’s customer-first approach. Kleinhans will provide strategic leadership for supply chain, warehousing, logistics and enterprise integration.

“This is a pivotal role addition for Boelter,” says Eric Boelter, president, in the release. “George will be charged with aligning people and processes in a way that strengthens operational performance.”

Meanwhile, Hursh will lead the product category team and drive strategy and execution across Boelter’s foodservice channels. Prior to joining Boelter, Hursh spent seven years at Clark Associates, where he served in several category manager roles and most recently as director of merchandising overseeing multicategory B2B durable goods portfolios.

“Luke brings strong industry knowledge and valuable omnichannel experience to our category management and merchandising team,” says Jason Prondzinski, executive vice president, foodservice.
