Boston Showcase Co. Promotes Iadarola

Boston Showcase Co. has promoted Seth Iadarola to vice president of sales. Iadarola rejoined BSC in 2022 as the director of sales. He started at BSC as an account executive in 2008 before spending more than a decade at Oneida and Thermatek/Dade.

“Seth has elevated the entire sales team during his eighteen months back at BSC,” says Andy Starr, CEO, in the release. “Seth has gained the trust of the team through consistent ride-alongs and one-on-one meetings. He supports the team when there are issues and helps close new sales. We are lucky to have him and he plays a vital role in our success.”

Iadarola manages multiple account executives and plays a key role with the inside sales and support team, which has grown from one person in 2018 to five people today. Overall, the sales team has increased both revenue and profit in the past three years.
