Earlier this month, Boston Logan Int'l Airport became the first airport to get a BWW GO.

On-the-go holiday travelers bustling through Boston Logan Int’l Airport now have a new food option, as Buffalo Wild Wings Go recently opened there.

The unit, nestled in Terminal A near sister brands Jimmy John’s and Dunkin’, marks BWW Go’s first airport location. It is operated by franchisee PhaseNext Hospitality, which operates other nontraditional locations at military bases and airports around the country.

“With a compelling yet operationally friendly menu, BWW Go is an ideal fit for airports,” says PhaseNext Hospitality President and CEO Roz Mallet, who owns and operates 13 nontraditional restaurants. “Inspire puts design and flexibility at the forefront with the BWW GO format, and I’m excited to expand our restaurant footprint with this new location.”

At BWW Go, customers can order traditional wings, boneless wings, chicken sandwiches, burgers and more.

“We’ve taken all the flavor that makes Buffalo Wild Wings a fan favorite and packed it into a convenient way for our guests to fuel up before a flight,” says John Bowie, Buffalo Wild Wings brand president. “As we accelerate new restaurant openings across the United States, BWW Go offers franchisees an innovative, profitable format to reach guests in new venues.”

This year, Inspire Brands surpassed 100 BWW Go units after first introducing the concept in 2020. It represents just one adaptation Inspire has made in recent years, with co-branded concepts and its larger-scale Alliance Kitchen also being in the mix.
