CFESA Slates New Location for Training Session

This September, CFESA will offer a new technician class at Southern California Edison in Irwindale, Calif.

The course, occurring from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Sept. 9-13, is for those who are either looking to enter the foodservice equipment repair industry, or who have been recently joined the industry. The instructor will be former CFESA President John Schwindt (pictured at left), and the training will include company expectations, customer service, kitchen equipment operation, basic principles of electric, gas and steam, and hands-on equipment training.
