Champion, Bi-Line Strengthen Leadership Team

Changes include Harrison Cavanaugh becoming sales and marketing vice president, and Allen Hasken retiring.

Scott Cherevaty, group president of Champion Industries, Moyer Diebel Limited and Bi-Line Systems, has announced a series of organizational changes. Details include the following:

Harrison Cavanaugh will join Champion/Bi-Line as vice president of sales and marketing in February. With over a decade of industry experience, Cavanaugh brings expertise in sales, marketing and strategic leadership. Previously, he served as director of sales and marketing at The Montague Co. and as territory manager at Unisource Marketing Group, where he worked with Champion/Bi-Line products. In his new role, Cavanaugh will oversee the development and execution of strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence in the marketplace.

In February, Allen Hasken will retire from his role as vice president of new business and product development at Champion/Bi-Line. Over his 10-year tenure, Hasken has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and innovation, shaping its strategic direction, and building a strong foundation for future success.

Tom Gatschet has been promoted to vice president of strategic accounts. In this role, Gatschet will lead the strategic direction for key accounts, focusing on strengthening client relationships and ensuring long-term success. Since joining Champion in 2014 as sales director, he has played a role in fostering dealer and end-user partnerships and driving growth.

Additionally, Ryan Kime now serves as sales director, Eastern region. Kime will expand his responsibilities to include MAFSI Regions 2, 3, 4 and 5 while continuing to drive sales and implement growth strategies in his region. Starting as an inside sales rep in 2017, the company says, he has demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, leadership and dedication to sales growth.

Champion’s product line includes dishmachines, powered soak sinks, and pot and pan washing systems. Champion also manufactures Trisys waste equipment and Bi-Line conveyors.
