Cleveland Range’s Lanning to Retire, Pass Baton

Later this spring, Lanning will conclude his longtime career with the steam cooking equipment manufacturer.

John Lanning, vice president of sales and marketing at Cleveland Range, will retire at the end of May, bringing an end to his 41-year career with the manufacturer.

Lanning assumed his current position in 2022, having held various roles throughout his tenure.

In preparation for Lanning’s upcoming departure, Robert (Bob) Tribfelner will transition into the role on April 30.

Tribfelner, who has a master’s degree in marketing from Central Michigan University, has over 20 years’ industry experience. He has held a number of senior leadership roles with foodservice equipment manufacturers, leading national sales initiatives and directing new product development.

“As we welcome Bob Tribfelner to the Cleveland Range family, we also want to wish John Lanning a most happy and well-deserved retirement,” says Stan Ioffe, president of Cleveland Range, in a press release.
