Matawan, N.J.-based Component Hardware Group has appointed Stephen King as its VP of sales and marketing for North America.

King previously served as general manager/director of the company’s Canadian operations and global director of marketing, a role in which he was responsible for Canadian P&L, daily operations and leadership of the Canadian enterprise. He has overseen initiatives including the launch of corporate web shops in the USA, Canada and Europe.

He will continue to report to CEO Partha Biswas, and have overall leadership and P&L responsibility for CHG’s sales and marketing initiatives in North America. Mark Beattie takes over as general manager of CHG in Canada, assuming responsibility for Canadian operations and reporting to King.

Established in 1981, Component Hardware Group has engineering, global manufacturing and distribution capabilities serving the foodservice, commercial and institutional markets.
