Craveworthy Acquires Dirty Dough Cookies

The craft cookie concept marks the 11th brand under the Craveworthy umbrella and its first snack brand.

Craveworthy Brands announced Wednesday it will acquire a significant stake in Dirty Dough Cookies, giving the growing cookie brand access to its leadership team and platform company resources.

Dirty Dough, offering craft cookies, marks the 11th announced brand under the Craveworthy umbrella; it’s projected to double in size over the next year, the release states. The acquisition marks Craveworthy’s first snack brand to date. It’s other brands include Wing It On!, The Budlong, Krafted Burger + Tap, Genghis Grill, BD’s Mongolian Grill, Flat Top Grill, Lucky Cat Poke Co., Pastizza, Scramblin’ Ed’s, and Soom Soom Mediterranean.

Founded in 2018, Dirty Dough has over 55 locations, 10 food trucks, more than 40 stores under construction and 450 franchises sold. Gregg Majewski, Craveworthy’s founder and CEO, has stepped up as CEO of the brand, while the existing corporate team will continue to oversee day-to-day operations.
