Cres Cor Names Regional Sales Manager

Dan Ellnor has joined Cres Cor as its central regional sales manager.

In his new role, Ellnor will provide sales representatives, dealers and other professionals with expert training and product knowledge, driving market growth and expanding brand presence.

Prior to joining Cres Cor, Ellnor spent nearly two decades transforming foodservice operations at Jefferson County Public Schools in Louisville, Ky. As assistant director of the nutrition service center, he led a 68,000-square-foot food manufacturing facility, overseeing production, procurement and logistics for $32 million in food and supplies, serving 13 million meals annually. His tenure included achievements such as cost reductions, operational efficiencies and sustainability initiatives.

Additionally, Ellnor served on the School Nutrition Association’s board of directors from 2023 to 2025, and has been involved in industry advisory boards and committees nationwide.

Cres Cor, based in Mentor, Ohio, manufactures hot holding cabinets, ovens, refrigerated cabinets and other products.
