Design Consultants Launch Mexico City-Based Firm

Combining their expertise, William Taunton and James Camacho open FSC-Gastrotec Mexico.

William Taunton, an expert in Latin American foodservice solutions with 39 years of experience in the market, and James Camacho, a veteran of U.S. foodservice consulting with over 46 years of experience, have partnered to form FSC-Gastrotec Mexico.

Based in Mexico City, the firm will provide foodservice consulting solutions to Mexico and across Central and South America. It will offer a comprehensive range of services, from project design and operational efficiency to strategic planning, to clients in what is a “rapidly evolving market,” the release states.

Taunton, partner/CEO, says his partnership with Camacho is “built on a shared vision to elevate foodservice consulting in Mexico. By leveraging our collective resources and expertise, we are committed to delivering unparalleled value to our clients and supporting the continued growth of the industry.”

Veronica Millares, a local architect with 17 years of experience managing diverse projects, will lead the team based in Mexico City as director of operations and project manager.
