The deal will provide the brand with established drive-thru locations, which it expects to convert into Dutch Bros shops in 2027.

Dutch Bros aims to acquire the real estate and related site assets of up to 65 Salad and Go locations across Arizona, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas. The closing is expected to take place in Q3/26.

In a release, the brand says the site acquisition will give it a portfolio of established drive-thru locations that it expects to convert into Dutch Bros shops in 2027.

“New shop growth is one of the most important drivers of our long-term strategy, and this potential site acquisition demonstrates how we’re investing to accelerate that growth,” says Christine Barone, CEO and president of Dutch Bros. “These sites would expand our leadership position across Arizona, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas, where we’ve built strong brand awareness and see a significant opportunity to continue densifying our footprint.”

Dutch Bros has 1,225 locations as of June 30. It serves a wide variety of beverages such as the Dutch Bros Rebel energy drink, Myst Energy Refresher, specialty coffee, nitrogen-infused cold brew, tea, lemonade, soda and more.

Multiple media outlets, such as USA Today, point to Salad and Go recently filing for bankruptcy and closing all locations.
