The full-service casual-dining brand East Coast Wings and Grill has promoted Whitney Mann to executive vice president of operations.

Mann has worked for the brand for 18 years, joining first as a server in 2004. Three years later, she was promoted to general manager of the King, N.C., location, before joining the corporate team as a part-time administrative assistant in 2008. Over the years, she was promoted to various corporate positions, most recently serving as vice president of field operations.

In her new role, she will focus on sustaining the brand’s growth after a record-breaking 2021 and ensure franchisees and their teams maintain brand compliance. She also will be responsible for watching marketing and social media trends to ensure the brand stays current with the latest technologies and resources.

“During her long tenure with our brand, much of Whitney’s achievements can be tied to her entrepreneurial spirit and relentless pursuit of providing the highest level of customer service across all the stakeholders in our organization,” says East Coast Wings and Grill CEO Sam Ballas in a press release. “She is truly the embodiment of our corporate mantra, ‘Never Be Satisfied.’ I’m confident our brand will continue to grow under her operational watch.”

East Coast Wings and Grill has more than 60 locations operating or in various stages of development.
