El Pollo Loco Installs Former Dunkin’ Exec as COO

El Pollo Loco has tapped 30-year restaurant industry veteran Maria Hollandsworth as COO, effective Oct. 31.

Hollandsworth will assist in driving operational excellence and accelerating the growth of the over 480-unit brand, says El Pollo Loco CEO Larry Roberts in a press release.

Hollandsworth brings decades of experience leading other restaurant brands. She most recently served as regional vice president of operations for Dunkin’, where she worked with franchisees to establish and execute strategic market plans. Before that role, she spent over 20 years at Jack in the Box, last holding the position of vice president of strategic initiatives and operations services.
