Elaine Shen To Lead CFS Brands’ Foodservice Channel

The promotion follows CFS Brands’ acquisition of Winco and G.E.T. in October.

Elaine Shen, Winco’s current president, has stepped up to the role of executive vice president–foodservice channel for CFS Brands. The announcement follows CFS Brands’ acquisition of The Foodware Group, which comprises Winco and G.E.T., in October.

In her new role, Shen will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of CFS Brands’ worldwide foodservice brands portfolio. She also will continue to oversee sales and marketing efforts for Winco and G.E.T.

With 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Shen has served as the president of Winco for the past five years. Prior to that, she held the position of vice president of marketing and product development at Winco.
