FEDA Plans Webinar Series for Supervisors, Team Leads

Starting on June 26, FEDA will kick off a webinar series called Critical Skills for Front-Line Leaders in Distribution. Will Quinn, a distribution consultant and business author who has managed high-impact distribution networks at Grainger, Coca-Cola and Infor, will lead the four-part series. Topics for each 90-minute session, all starting at 10:30 a.m. CST, include the following:

• Session 2: Team Building and Management, held July 31
• Session 3: Data and Performance Metrics, held Aug. 28
• Session 4: Crisis and Pressure Management, held Sept. 25
