Hot-holding manufacturer Flexeserve has hired Jordan Brown, who brings years of experience in IT support, as its IOT infrastructure and support manager.

In his role, Brown will work to enhance Flexeserve’s deployment of its cloud-based service, Connect (developed in 2023), at grab-and-go locations across the Americas. He will work alongside Directors Dan Vallance and Jon White in the U.K. Engineering, Design and Technology team.

“Connect is changing the game because retailers and operators are recognizing they can save millions of dollars in food waste, energy expenditure and labor costs,” says Conrad Randell, sales manager, general market for Flexeserve. “Jordan’s arrival will aid in further growth of both Flexeserve and Connect, as he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to support customers on their journey to sell more and waste less.”
