Smyrna, Tenn.-based Franke Foodservice Systems, a manufacturer and distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies in the U.S., Europe and Asia, has promoted Peter Revesz to CEO, effective Sept. 1.

Revesz joined Franke in early 2021 as president of the Americas business unit, leading the company’s U.S. operations as a manufacturer, distributor and program management partner to foodservice and convenience retail chains.

In his new role as CEO, he will assume leadership of the division’s global operations and work to expand Franke’s facility-related equipment, supplies and service portfolio into the quick-service restaurant and C-store segments.

“Peter has successfully navigated the Americas business unit through many challenges,” says Patrik Wohlhauser, CEO of parent Franke Group, in a press release. “His long-standing international experience in production, development and sales will help us to further strengthen Franke Foodservice Systems’ leading global position.”

Revesz will also join the Franke Group executive board.
