Halton has announced the retirement of Rich Catan, after 32 years of service. Catan most recently served as director of marketing and segment development. Sarah Marcotullio will step up as his successor, taking on the role of marketing director. She previously held the title of marketing manager.

Catan’s journey with Halton began in 1991 as the northeast regional manager in the U.S. He then became the managing director at Halton Canada in April 2005. Here, he played a key role in the Vent Master-Halton acquisition. Next, Catan became director of sales and later, the director of marketing and segment development.

Reflecting on his career, Catan says in the release, “During my time with Halton, I had the privilege of working alongside the best in the industry. The travels across North America, the meetings with our representatives, consultants, contractors, and engineers have led to lifelong friendships and countless cherished memories.”

Halton adds, “We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Rich for his contributions and for establishing a distinguished benchmark in our industry. His enduring legacy will remain a source of inspiration for all of us.”

Looking ahead, Catan will remain connected with Halton, contributing his expertise in a consulting capacity.
