Refrigerated Solutions Group has added Heather Parish as a key account director. She will oversee several of RSG’s longstanding accounts and foster relationships with new accounts.

Parish joins RSG from Marmon Foodservice Technologies, where she was a national key account manager. Prior to joining Marmon, she was a regional market manager for H&K Int’l., where she worked with McDonald’s owner/operators to manage all aspects of their new kitchen and remodel projects.

Parish is the latest addition to RSG’s expanded national accounts team. In April, the company, which includes the brands Norlake and Master-Bilt, welcomed Rafael Thissen as a key account director.

Bryan Waechter, RSG’s vice president of foodservice, says in the release, “Heather has consistently been a top performer and is an excellent leader of high-functioning teams. She has extensive and meaningful relationships within the industry, and we’re confident that she will be a valuable resource to her chain partners at RSG.”
