Hoshizaki Alliance has expanded its sales leadership team to include Rod Johnson as vice president of strategic partnerships, and Rodrigo Flores as senior director of LATAM sales. Johnson and Flores join Bret Eldridge, vice president of strategic accounts, and Dianna Nielsen, vice president of global account sales. The team will focus on aligning strategies across brands, strengthening channel partnerships and driving coordinated execution throughout Hoshizaki Alliance.

“As our portfolio continues to evolve, alignment across brands and markets becomes increasingly important,” says Chris Karssiens, president of Hoshizaki USA Holdings (Hoshizaki Alliance), in the release. “Rod and Rodrigo bring the experience and perspective needed to connect strategies across the Alliance and drive meaningful impact for customers and partners.”

Johnson most recently served as senior director of import products and brings more than three decades of experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry. In his new role, Johnson will focus on driving growth through strategic relationships and cross-functional collaboration across the Alliance. His responsibilities include partnership development, oversight of import product operations, and leadership of multi-brand customer care and strategic account initiatives—supporting market expansion and enhanced customer experience across Alliance companies.

Flores joins the Alliance from Lancer Worldwide, where he served as director of LATAM sales. Flores will lead multi-brand sales initiatives across Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, working with executive and sales leaders across the Alliance to align strategies, drive collaboration and expand the presence of Alliance brands throughout the region.

Along with Lancer, Hoshizaki Alliance includes Hoshizaki America, Jackson Warewashing Systems, Fogel, Macom and, most recently, Structural Concepts.
