HTeaO Taps Chau as VP of Supply Chain

The new hire brings experience in global sourcing, supplier relationship management and cost-saving strategies.

Jodie Chau, formerly the senior director of global purchasing at Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, has joined HTeaO as its vice president of supply chain.

In this role, Chau will oversee HTeaO’s procurement team, ensuring seamless sourcing and acquisition of key materials and supplies to power the brand’s freshly brewed tea experience. She also will lead strategic initiatives focused on optimizing supply chain operations, strengthening supplier partnerships and driving innovation to support HTeaO’s expansion.

Chau has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Before working at Dickey’s, she was the director of procurement at Chipotle Mexican Grill, overseeing supply planning, contract negotiations and category insights. She also spent over four years at H-E-B as senior purchasing manager, and, before that built up her experience in supply chain management while working at Coca-Cola, Nestlé and Safeway.

HTeaO units boast 20-plus flavors of sweetened and unsweetened tea, made using a proprietary water filtration system and all-natural ingredients. In early 2024, the brand crossed the 100-unit mark.
