Ignite Foodservice, covering the Mountain States and Pacific Northwest, has hired Chris LaBella as vice president of sales and Wade Breaux as territory sales manager for Washington, Idaho and Montana.

LaBella has more than two decades of leadership experience spanning foodservice, pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing. In his new role, he’ll strengthen partnerships and elevate the sales organization.

“Chris is one of those rare leaders who brings both strategic horsepower and a genuine people-first mindset,” says Carl Kisner, owner, in the release. “His experience on the manufacturing side gives him a unique understanding of what our partners need—and his ability to develop and inspire teams will be a huge advantage as Ignite continues scaling across the territory.”

Breaux’s background combines culinary operations, restaurant leadership, marketing strategy and manufacturing sales. He has led marketing and culinary teams for major national restaurant groups and launched two restaurants of his own.

“Wade brings the kind of real-world experience that’s impossible to teach—he’s cooked, he’s run restaurants, he’s led marketing teams, and he’s sold on the manufacturing side,” says Kisner. “Customers immediately love him because he understands their world. We’re thrilled to have him supporting the Pacific Northwest.”

In June, Ignite Foodservice hosted a grand opening for its state-of-the-art test kitchen in Denver.
