Industry Veteran Takes Leadership Spot at Hatco

The individual, who most recently was the SVP at Mercer Culinary, brings 20 years of experience.

Joe Flaherty has joined Milwaukee-based Hatco as its director of international sales.

He will lead the manufacturer’s global sales strategy and oversee efforts to expand its presence in mature and emerging international markets. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen distributor relationships and champion customer-focused solutions, among other duties.

Flaherty brings expertise in international sales, brand strategy and product innovation, notes the release. At Mercer Culinary, he led global sales initiatives, launched multiple product lines and expanded market share across both commercial and retail sectors.

Flaherty is a Certified Foodservice Professional. Previously, he served on NAFEM’s Board of Directors and chaired its Young Executives Forum.
