Joe Warren & Sons Acquires Service Company

Joe Warren & Sons Co., based in Norwood, Mass., has announced the acquisition of Aable Restaurant Equipment Service.

Based in Manchester, N.H., for the past 20 years, Aable has provided repair, planned maintenance and installation services for commercial kitchens throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire. It specializes in servicing hot-side equipment, primarily in schools, assisted living residences and restaurants.

The acquisition allows JWS to expand and deepen its market reach in New Hampshire.
