Continental’s pizza prep tables offer a forced-air design using fans (approximately every 12 in.) across the entire back of the unit for even distribution of cold air; an expansion valve refrigeration system for quick recovery; and a built-in, off-cycle defrost timer to assure optimum coil defrost. A refrigerated compartment with door (standard) or drawer (optional) uniquely housed above compressor provides extra storage. The raised rail is angled for greater ease and comfort, and units feature easy in-the-field conversion from “door to drawer” or “drawer to door.”
