“LTI has benefited from Donna’s expertise and partnership for more than two decades,” says LTI CEO Barbara Casey Lane. “Her deep familiarity with our business makes her ideally suited to guide our financial vision and ensure our continued success.”

In his new role, he will lead the company’s product strategy and innovation initiatives. His leadership background includes senior roles at Arneg USA, ITW Corp. (Hobart & Traulsen) and Dover Corp. (Unified Brands). Most recently, he was president of Davis Business Coaching, where he guided small community businesses through growth and strategic development. In 2025, Davis collaborated with LTI as a consultant, contributing research and analytical expertise to key projects.

Davis has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University, a master’s in operations management from Wright State University and a graduate certificate in marketing from Tulane University.
