Malachy Parts & Service has announced the hiring of Joe Pavlovsky as COO.

In his new role, Pavlovsky will lead the company’s day-to-day service operations, guiding technicians and coordinating the service, dispatch and parts departments. With a strong emphasis on accountability, he will focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability, all while ensuring MPS’s core values remain at the forefront of every decision and interaction, the company states in the release. He’ll also help manage budgets while bridging the gap between long-term goals set by leadership and the people and processes needed to achieve them.

Pavlovsky has an extensive background in the foodservice equipment industry, having started his journey nearly 30 years ago. He worked with various companies in leadership roles and eventually owned and operated his own company, which he sold in 2025.

“I’m incredibly grateful to have been chosen for this role,” Pavlovsky says. “I’ve admired Malachy’s growth and reputation from afar, and it’s truly an honor to now work alongside such a talented team in our industry.”

MPS, based in Bayonne, N.J., offers commercial kitchen equipment repair, maintenance and installation in New Jersey and New York.
