Mercer Culinary Appoints National Sales Director

Mercer Culinary has promoted Chris Parker to the role of national sales director.

Parker joined the company in 2013 as corporate chef and sales representative in the southeast. Over the years, he has advanced into managing foodservice distribution accounts throughout the eastern U.S.

In his new role, Parker will oversee Mercer’s sales organization, including management of key accounts, independent representatives and the internal sales team. He also will work with senior leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives.

Parker will remain based in Cincinnati, where he lives with his family.
