The Montague Co., a division of Welbilt, has announced a promotion and a new hire. Ryan Dusheiko has stepped up to vice president of sales and marketing, and Nick Dolan has joined as director of sales.

Dusheiko will manage all sales and marketing activities, oversee company design project fulfillment, and supervise all customer and technical service functions. Part of Montague since 2023, Dusheiko brings over two decades of industry experience, including working for such foodservice consulting firms as Next Step Design and SSA Foodservice Design + Consulting, and holding roles in operations, ownership and culinary across New York City prior to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area.

“It is crucial to simultaneously understand the needs of the operator, the design project process, the channel distribution network and stratified equipment manufacturing to be successful at Montague,” says Joe Deckelman, Montague president, in the release. “Ryan has continued to develop a deep understanding of all that. I couldn’t be more excited for him and our future.”

As director of sales, Dolan will manage all U.S. domestic sales activities and processes while working in conjunction with company management to create and implement effective channel strategies. Dolan has 14 years of industry experience having been a principal at Desert Peak Marketing, where he served since 2012. He also has been a key contributor to the School Nutrition Association as an industry partner working with and petitioning Washington, D.C., on behalf of the organization.
