New Age Industrial Introduces Regional Sales Manager

The industry veteran boasts 18 years’ experience, with knowledge in foodservice operations, commercial design-build projects and strategic account management.

Before joining New Age Industrial, Ashleigh Scruggs held key leadership and sales roles within the industry.

New Age Industrial, a Norton, Kan.-based manufacturer of aluminum transportation and storage equipment, announced the appointment of Ashleigh Scruggs as its regional sales manager – foodservice.

In this role, Scruggs will work directly with foodservice manufacturers’ representatives to maintain existing business and create new opportunities. She also will represent New Age Industrial at national trade shows and key buying group meetings, strengthening the brand’s presence across the country.

“(Scruggs’) deep-rooted experience in aligning complex kitchen design with equipment specification, combined with her proven track record of building lasting industry relationships, makes her an invaluable asset,” says Cathy O’Shia, VP of sales – foodservice at New Age Industrial. “Ashleigh understands the entire project lifecycle, and we are confident her expertise will drive significant value for our partners.”

Scruggs’ background in the design/build sector allows her to serve as a “single point of accountability” for complex projects across healthcare, education, hospitality and corporate dining segments, says the release.

Scruggs holds an associate of arts in accountancy and business administration from Northwest Mississippi Community College.

On a personal note, Scruggs has been married to her husband, Dusty, for 18 years. They are avid outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy camping and traveling together. She also owns a Labrador named Hammer.
