Pecinka Ferri has rebranded as The Ferri Group, marking a new chapter of independent ownership under Joe Ferri Jr., who became COO in 2025. The manufacturers’ rep firm, serving MAFSI Region 3, also announced a refreshed business direction.

“Becoming fully independent allows us to move faster, think differently, and build something more resilient and more focused,” says Ferri in the release. “We are reinvesting in our relationships and brands, with a refreshed vision that better serves our partners across the New York Metro market.”

The group states its key priorities include the following:

  • Expanding and supporting a diversified portfolio of innovative foodservice equipment brands.​
  • Strengthening dealer, consultant and end-user relationships through focused market engagement.​
  • Streamlining operations to respond more quickly to partner needs.​
  • Rebuilding the organization with a fresh outlook and long-term growth mindset.​
