Despite operating on the cold-side of the business, Polar King is on a hot streak, with two appointments in as many weeks.
On Dec. 18, the maker announced the appointment of Julie Heacock as its new parts coordinator and on Dec. 11, it highlighted the promotion of Rachel Giese to inventory and assembly manager.
Heacock (pictured above) brings sales and customer experience to her new position. As parts coordinator, she will play a role on the operations team, handling tasks like managing and flipping warranty orders, as well as offering internal and customer support for Polar King’s electric ground-resting outdoor walk-in freezer and refrigerator units. Heacock says she looks forward to “not only managing the intricacies of orders and warranties, but also enhancing the experience of both our team and our valued customers.”
Giese, meanwhile, will oversee inventory levels, optimize assembly processes and supervise several team members to streamline operations while maintaining quality standards.
