Premier Hires 3, Expands Markets

The manufacturers’ rep group appoints two territory sales managers and a project estimator.

Manufacturers’ rep group Premier has hired two territory sales managers and a project estimator, as well as announced its expansion into the Southern California market.

  • Tyler Jenkins, a former regional sales manager for Duracold and most recently, a manufacturers’ sales rep for Lund-Iorio, will serve as Premier’s first Southern California-based territory sales manager. Jenkins brings 10-plus years of experience and a strong reputation in the territory, says Premier in the release. He will build a robust customer base and brand presence to grow business and equipment lines within the Southern California market.
  • Robert Perez, a former corporate chef for Black Bear Diner and more recently, a sales consultant for Sysco, will serve as a Bay Area-based territory sales manager. Perez joins Premier’s culinary sales team serving clients and dealers throughout the Bay Area.
  • Mike Nelson, a third-generation manufacturers’ rep, will serve as a project estimator, focusing on Perlick bar design and beer systems, covering Southern California. He brings over 30 years of foodservice experience to Premier.

Oakland, Calif.-based Premier covers MAFSI Region 24 and now, Region 22.
