QSR Brand Yoshinoya Taps President

Yoshinoya America has named Paul Nishiyama as president. Nishiyama most recently served as COO at Better Buzz Coffee; he’s also held several senior executive positions at Rubio’s Restaurants.

Yoshinoya oversees more than 2,000 restaurants worldwide with 100 locations in California and others in Japan, mainland China, Shanghai, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines.
