RATIONAL Names Brand Ambassador
Pastry chef Antonio Bachour, with restaurants in the US and Mexico, has joined the manufacturer’s team.

RATIONAL USA has named pastry chef Antonio Bachour as its newest brand ambassador. He has restaurants in the U.S. and Mexico and has earned multiple awards, including a Michelin Bib Gourmand Award for Bachour in Miami.
“We are thrilled to welcome Chef Antonio Bachour into the RATIONAL family,” says Billy Buck, vice president of culinary at RATIONAL USA, in the release. “His commitment to excellence and innovation aligns perfectly with our mission to empower culinary professionals through intelligent cooking processes.”
Bachour adds, “I’m honored to be part of the RATIONAL team. It’s a brand I’ve respected for a long time. I use RATIONAL equipment every day because it’s consistent, precise and efficient—and for pastry, that’s everything.”
Bachour will take part in presentations in the RATIONAL booth at the National Restaurant Association Show on May 17 at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. CST.
