Following the June 1 retirement of Ricca Design Studios CEO Lenny Condenzio, the firm shared leadership updates.

Sean Callnin is now Ricca’s president and CEO, while Tarah Schroeder is Ricca’s managing principal and COO.

Callnin, who joined Ricca in 2002, has 32 years’ experience as a foodservice design consultant. As president, he will work closely with the internal studio and wider design team to ensure coordination and documentation delivery.

“Both have been longtime leaders within Ricca, helping guide our team and our clients with clarity, passion and purpose,” says Ricca’s post. “This thoughtful transition reflects the strength, stability and continuity of Ricca’s vision for the future.”
