Sammic Appoints Regional Manager-East
Tom O’Connor will strengthen relationships and drive growth in the Eastern region for Sammic.
Sammic Corp., offering food prep and preservation products, has appointed Tom O’Connor as regional manager-East.
O’Connor brings almost 30 years of industry experience to Sammic, with time spent as a chef in modern American to Provençale French restaurants. He has held regional management positions, running American gastropubs and Irish pub group concepts, as well as spent eight years selling light and heavy kitchen equipment. He most recently held a role in nonfoods consultation for the mid-Atlantic region with Gordon Food Service, one of the nation’s largest broadline distributors.
O’Connor will leverage this breadth of knowledge and experience to strengthen existing relationships and drive growth in the Eastern region, the release states.
